Double Slumber Party!

Tuesday night we helped some friends out by taking their 2 little girls for the night. Our good friends the Nagtegaals are dairy farmers and have not had a day off in 5 months! So when they had the opportunity to go away for a night we of course took the girlies! It went wonderfully! Tuesday evening was my final 2 hour girls club gathering at camp Qwanoes so I took the 2 older girls and Steve kept the 2 younger ones at home.. he is a great dad!
The night was a little tricky as we had Adessa in our room and at one time she woke up, waking up Kailey, which in turn woke Adessa again! And then Adessa was up at 6am. But I took advantage of a gorgeous morning and took the 4 girls and dog up to the lake for a long hike. I stuffed both babies in the single stroller, and they just cuddled together. The two older girls galloped like ponies the whole way up to the lake and we had so much fun together! The puddles were huge and we all got wet, but everyone was still happy, and we also saw a turtle! That was definitaley a highlight!
