Sunday morning I woke up early and headed to church to set up for Sunday school. I got to teach for Danika's class so she was super happy about that! We made heart shaped chocolate chip cookies and prepared our craft for the story of the four friends lowering their crippled friend through the roof to Jesus. There ended up only being 4 kids, and we had a great time by making crafts acting out the bible story, then ending by making Valentine cards.
After church we hung around for the hot dog fundraiser, went home to put my baby for a nap and then packed up the family and headed out to Mesachie Lake for an afternoon of fun! We arrived, and made some chocolate pie, then headed out for a little walk.... (photos courtesy of Sharon and Chris!)
